Mold Mitigation

 We respond quickly and perform a detailed inspection using moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, visual checks, and possibly air/surface sampling. This identifies the extent of mold growth, hidden moisture sources, affected materials, and the cause (e.g., leaks or high humidity) to create a safe, effective remediation plan.

We isolate the affected area with physical barriers like plastic sheeting, negative air pressure machines (with HEPA filtration), and airlocks to prevent mold spores from spreading to unaffected parts of the home or building during the process.

 High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) scrubbers and negative air machines run continuously to capture airborne mold spores, while technicians wear appropriate PPE (respirators, suits, gloves) to ensure safety for everyone involved.

 All surfaces receive thorough HEPA vacuuming, wet wiping, and application of antimicrobial agents or encapsulants where needed. We set up drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers) to lower humidity and ensure the area is completely dry.

 We conduct a post-remediation verification inspection (visual checks, moisture readings, and if needed clearance testing) to confirm the mold has been effectively removed.
